We have a project in Europe where we have a process design using a steam evaporator and condenser to heat a process fluid. Our team is academic and we need mechanical engineering support to finish the project an build our prototype. Can someone recommend a well qualified company who can help us with detailed design and manufacturing?

Our project has a shell and pipe heat exchanger, which the process coil is ASME B31.3, the heat transfer fluid is steam which where energy is transfered by alternating change of phase (two-phase closed loop thermosyphon) we also operate under vacuum since our heat transfer is low temperature.

I've tried to work with a company in India to finish the skid, heat exchanger, process piping and evaporator layouts, but they have been very slow and need to be heavily managed. It would be great is some of the members in the forum could help me find an alternate team to support this and our future projects.

Many thank for your advice.

There's a company called Zeton which has operations in both the Netherlands and Canada. They're a design/build company specializing in pilot plants. Don't know if your project would involve enough engineering to interest them, but you can always ask.
