Need Help With Creating Curved Shape in Solidworks

Hi,

I'm new to working with solidworks and need help with recreating the below curved shape within the program. I would be most appreciative of any suggestions.

Is it flat is it bended is it round? Its difficult to tell from your post. Easy generate 2d or 3d curves in different planes and then just use the loft
