need help with composite tube hydroforming if anyone is willing to assist

i have been facing problem with tube hydroforming of composites in abaqus with regular metal i ahve no issue i reaaly dont know where i am getting it wrong please assist

multiple errors i used dynamic explicit to run the simulation but since composite behave diferently than metals i ahd to create laminate composite the result is unrealaistic i dont know where i am getting it wrong

Excessive incremental rotation of the elements in element set ErrElemExcessIncrementalRotation-Step1.

There is only one element with excessive rotations

Abaqus/Explicit Analysis exited with an error - Please see the status file for possible error messages if the file exists.

i have revisited my mesh multiple times and changed mesh controls but no change

Start from finding this element (it was saved in internal set). Check all your interactions and boundary conditions.
