NEED HELP!: Standard of Stem Seal for Instrument Gas

Does any standard mention about stem seal for instrument gas? I have a problem with the leakage of actuator's stem seal which is the single seal. At the moment, I want to know whether I need to modify to be double seal to protect any leakage by standard requirement.
