Has anybody found a way to model unconventional orifices in HydroCAD? For example, I want to partially block a round pipe with a concrete weir and don't know how to model it as an orifice.

The next HydroCAD 7.1 release (expected in May) will let you model custom weir/orifice shapes. Until then, the best option is to use a combination of the standard devices, such as a weir in front of a culvert.

Where has this been addressed?

A pond with the Following :

Area = 1 acre
Rainfall depth 4 inches.
Bern around site 2 ft high
Flat topography elavation 10 ft.
Outlet 3 in. pipe (or 6", 12" etc size pipe)
Ho=w long will it take to drain?

I cannot recall the equation.
