Hello,

I am looking to find a vertical adjuster like in the pictures. I would like to know if it is possible to source something like this or is this a custom designed assembly. Any help would be great!

Can you contact the people that originally manufactured it?

I am not sure there is no label on the product I got it from.

Looks like the adjustment for a percussion stand. I doubt you will find anything that fancy outside of the music industry, but there's always various types of locking shaft collars if function is more important than form.

You may find you luck in the online stores or e-bay.
The screw, washer, and nut are easy to find in the craft store. But the other two items may be difficult to find the exactly matches, unless the original maker was known.

Maybe a standard shaft collar will work for you. They come in many styles, one-piece, two-piece, clamping, set screw, and others. Google "shaft collars" and see if that might work. They're available from many sources.
