Someone give a direct download link of caesar II newest version plz

Google Coade and in the download area will be the version you want. As long as you have a licence!!!

Why download any version of Caesar if you don't have a licence ?

If by 'patched' you mean hacked, you are in the wrong Forum.

you need to be very carefull as you are liable to prosecution if you intend/are using a hacked/cracked version of Caesar.
