Need Class VI EVA supplier for implantable device 1

We are using ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer to design a subcutaneously implanted drug release device. Can anyone suggest a supplier for USP Class VI EVA?

Try AT Plastics they supply EVA for medical tubing and packaging and claim it to be USP Class VI
