Need Calculation for get OD Size (Steel) Max

I am trying to get the calculation for the OD Maximum. When I have the ID, Length, and Coil Weight. I know its out there because there are online calculators but I can't find the actual formula!

Coil weight = density * (Volume of the OD Cylinder - Volume of ID Cylinder)

Ooopss you dont have width.. You're going to need that.

(Also max OD might be a handling or packaging or un-coiling requirement and not related to the physical size of the coil. It could be limit of the purchasers equipment.)
