There is a API605 tank that has corrosion in the welds. the welds have be excavated and repaired per API653. In API 653 9.6.1 thru 9.6.4 states that this a noncomformance or a weld flaw. when I look at SEC.12.1.3.2 states the welds need RT or UT over their full length. Am I looking at the correct sections if not what would be the correct sections.
