Need advise on Raft Foundation

Dear all,

Please advise on whether the modelling concept is correct.

I have a industrial building and the contractor wanted a raft foundation design. The soil allowable bearing is 150kPa.
There are trenches/drops of about 2.25m in depth. Please see attached.

question:

could I model the raft as a flat single Mat foundation and ignore the drops?
