I am looking at making carbon fiber body panels. I have experience w/fiberglass,but this would be my first go around w/carbon fiber. Any advice or thoughts, would be greatly appreciated. P.S. this would be for small production runs.(50 pieces or less.)

In my limited experience carbon is similar in technique, but easier to work than glass if you use the same resins. If you use different resins, I don't know what you used and will use, so I can't comment.

Thanks for the hits. I think I'm going to have to stick w/ fiberglass until the carbon fiber hoarding stops.

You might also try a "composite" composite panel, made of both glass-fiber and carbon-fiber, if for example the "look" of CF is a consideration.
In my (limited) experince working with carbon fiber, it was substantially easier to deal with than glass-fiber, and the resins, methods, etc. were the same.
Vacuum-bagging is your best bet.
