I am designing a product and need a 12 volt 20 amp power supply (convert from 110 ac). This is not for communications but to drive an electric cylinder. Does anyone know of a good supplier that has a UL rating? I can also get the motor in a 24 volt size--other than the smaller amps pulled is there any advantage to the higher voltages

Thanks

Meaning, if you drive a 12 V motor using a 24 V supply with a current limiter your rise time speed is higher.
