Hi All
We manufacture a range of Bonded Seals - a rubber sealing ring in bonded to the inside diameter of metal washers.
These are small - typically 3/4" to 1.5" diameter and 1/8" thick.
I'm seeking a non-contact, non destructive test method to detect disband or bond failure over small areas of the rubber/metal interface. I'm thinking x-ray or thermal wave, along those lines.
Does the forum have any suggestions or experience along those lines please ?
Thanks in advance for any reply.
Cheers
