Non-destructive testing is very limited for items in service.
Barcol hardness can be used to determine state of cure.
Each item should have had (typically A4 size) sample plates made with same resin and reinforcement, by same people, at same
time as item, and cured in same manner. These are held and stored by the laminator company.
These can then be subjected to testing for tensile strength and Modulus etc.
This procedure is considered good practice in UK.
