NdFeB coating adhesion

I'm about to order the magnets for a prototype PMAC inrunner motor. The magnets will be bonded to the laminated steel rotor. I'm wondering which coating would have the best adherence to the sintered material? Ni plating or epoxy? Or is it better to completely remove the coating on the surface to be bonded? Any thoughts or experiences on this appreciated.

What kind of glue you're going to choose. PU adhesives or Epoxy adhesives? Each has a different properties of adhesion on the metal surface. Moreover, you need to know what kind of environment you application is going to work and what is the operating temperature?
Before gluing, the surface on the metal should be prepared for the glue to bind on the surface. Allow no rust, No Dust and No Oil onthe metal surface.

Epoxy - Epoxy bonding is Good and if your environment is humid, then you may choose epoxy - PU bonding combination. Both Epoxy & Ni coating are good, but epoxy is better that Ni for good bonding adhesion
