I have gone through the most current NCEES SE practice exam (IBC 2012) and can't determine if the following questions have been answered incorrectly?

#121. The expected post buckling strength should be determined using Fcre (using RyFy) as shown in AISC Seismic Design Manual example page 5-144

#138. The force to be resisted by the grade beam should be the lesser of Sds(1.2D+1.6L)/10 where 1.2D +1.6L is the "column design gravity load" (IBC 1810.3.13) or .25(1.2D+1.6L) of the smaller column design gravity load. The example only uses dead load?

PLEASE HELP! Thanks in advance.
