Does anyone know the required number of ACH required for OR's in NC. I've read 25 and then 15 per AIA.

6 outdoor air changes and 20 ACH minimum... in Canada. Is NC North Carolina?

Yes, North Carolina. I need to get a code book obviously. If anyone knows off the top of their head, the info would be appreciated.

20 ACH and 4 OA ACH according to the latest AIA guidelines. AIA adopted ASHRAE 170 in 2010 though. It depends what year your state has adopted though. Previous years are 15 I believe.
