NBIC Commissioned Inspectors training- Course materials

Hi I would like to take NBIC Commissioned Inspectors training course, before that I would like go thru study materials. I understand many people had been taken course IVY tech Is anyone help me with soft copy/hard copy of study guide.
Secondly,do I allowed o take AI -construction directly rather going thru in-service exam? Currently, I'm not working for AIA, but working in Oil & gas for projects/construction company as a mechanical filed engineer.

You can check directly with National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors. They are located in Columbus, OH.. They are the organization that develop and conduct the AI exam.
