Nastran non linear analysis help

Hi,
I want to solve an autoclave component in nastran using sol 106(Non linear static). I have modeled the component using Hex20 elements.But whenever I put it to solve, it will complete in about 5 seconds and the f06 file will be 0 bytes. But if I model using hex 8 elements, it is solving. So can anyone please tell me what might be the error?

i'd try the FE forum, the NASTRAN forum (if there is one, should think so), or the NASTRAN helpdesk. don't see, on the face of it, why mid-side node elements wouldn't work in MARC ...
