Hi! Can anybody suggest me a good book to get into Nastran functioning and usage? I'm searching for something simple and descriptive to get a global overview of the software.

A very good book is published by NE-Nastran titled:
"NE-Nastran User's Manual" which discusses Solution type, HowTo setup the model, Interpreting Results, Assumptions & Limitations.

Publisher: Trafford Publishing
You can order it from: OnDemandManuals.com
Catalog Number: 03-2453

Or from Noran Engineering
