I'm searching for a name for my company.
I'm going to develop software for civil engineering.
(Dont use SOFT or WARE, they are very used...)

Any suggestion would be appreciated.

The last company I worked for was called L2B Environmental Systems.
The L2B part was for the two "Larry's" and a "Bill" who formed the company.

When March Enginerring was formed in 1969, they choose to use the initials of the directors.

March built race cars from 1969 to the late 1990's. Everything from F1 to F3 to Sports Cars to IndyCars.

Xerox was originally The Haloid Photographic Company, founded in 1916, but changed the company name in 1961.

The key thing to consider is whether the .com domain is available.

CivSol (Civil Engineering Solutions)

or

CivTex (Civil Engineering ..... soft technical word here) Admittedly I like the word LaTeX (I'm an avid user)

I don't know if this is really all that applicable in this case however I like to see what people are searching for when they are looking for what I'm selling. So make a google adwords account and try the keyword generator. This may spark some ideas:

You can also look to see how many people search the term per month or week.
