Just wondering if there is any document out on the net i can browse. seems the customer wants some alloy 825 sheets compliant with this standard. just wondering what all was encompassed in this standard.

Do manufacturers ship out metals with this compliance or is it special order?

i think is a special order

Generally speaking the Nickel alloys are in top of the NACE MR0175 list of accepted materials. Very few temperature limitations in various corrosive environments. Usually you request the material to be supplied "NACE" compliant and you make your own assessment from the chemical composition and the harness / impact tests results or you can request material certification for "NACE" compliance and that implies full testing / certification by the manufacturer(very expensive). Unless severe service conditions require certification, you'll be fine with the typical material certs, ie you don't require special order for the NACE compliant Nickel alloys. By the way, I think there are floating somewhere in the internet copies of NACE MR0175, NACE TM0284, etc..
Cheers,

thanks gr2vessels, turns out the alloy 825 material is NACE compliant from the mill as you stated, and the MTR reports show so.

THanks again

If your material is annealed, there is nothing to certify. However, if your material is cold worked then the manufacturer can only certify it as complying with ISO 15156-3/NACE MR0175 (latest version) if the final environmental limits of the application are known. Take a look at Table A.14 to see how difficult it now is for manufacturers to certify material as ISO 15156/NACE MR0175 compliant.
