I recently had a component fail on the low voltage side of a switching power supply. The symbol on the board is for a diode, however I do not recognize the markings on the component itself.

Markings: || 3IDF
|| 4 7K

The hashmarks go around the band where a solid mark would appear on a diode. I have searched online using these markings and nothing remotely close had turned up. I am unsure if the "I" is a 1,l or an I. I have tried all three.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. TIA

What package style? (SOT23, SC70, SMA, etc.) ??
