Why are mylar plans still required? It's 2019 and we are still required to submit plans with mylar material.

Still the best long term physical submittal, particularly for municipalities that do not have good electronic processing and storage capability. I hope they will all conform to electronic submittals, but we are probably still a few years away from that.
