My Company is relocating - CAGE Code issues

My company recently purchased another company. The company we purchased has a larger facility, so my company is planning on moving into its newly purchased facility.

How does this affect our cage code?
Will my company's CAGE code have to change because it’s relocating?
I know that the original CAGE Code will never change on the drawings, bit will the company that was purchased have to a new CAGE code too?

That is the best starting point I can give you to help solve your problem. I'm sorry I don't have a specific answer. My gut instinct says no know cage code, just update your companies info. That is, afterall, the reason to have a cage code. Keep on moving but your identity stays the same.
