Hi All,
I've seen low-voltage switchboard being used to automatically transfer from Source A to Source B(double-ended unit substation).
Can a Medium Voltage switchgear be designed to switch between 2 or 3 medium voltage sources? I don't see why not, but wanted to get other opinions. In this scenario, a MV Metal Clad switchgear would act as a distribution point to feed LV switchgear and LV MCC downstream. The MV Swgr would be fed from redundant feeds.
Thank you for your input.

Definitely possible. Eaton makes an automatic transfer controller to handle the logic if you don't want to roll your own.
