Multipule position assembly

I have a problem with an assemly. It is of a transmitter with a rotatable head and optional base. Is it possible to create the part with a family of assemblies for the optional base when required and Alternate positions for the head all at the same time.

If not, an suggestions on how to fix this problem.

Yes, just use the Family of Assemblies option and adjust the variable value of an angular dimension.
