That being said, this is how to works currently,boxes are currently being offloaded from a trailer, there are two guys at the end of the trailer. Based on the number of SKUs in the trailer(a print out of SKUs types and numbers) they split the SKUs one guy taking other and the other takes even.Its easier when you have about 4 SKUs,the problem arises when you have numerous SKUs that are coming out off the trailer in an nonuniform order. They still split the SKUs amongst them but it gets tricky due to the numerous SKUs and the nonuniform order the boxes come out.We realize that every time there are numerous SKUs their throughput reduces because they dont seem to find a systematic way of palletizing all these different SKUs. so they endup using their own judgement.
