Hi Folks - I'm new to CATIA and stumbling a lot, so thanks in advance for the help!
I'm trying to design a piece with multiple pockets of different shapes (kind of like a plastic drawer divider). The pockets also need to be applied to both sides of the part - some digging material from the front, some from the back. I want a constant wall thickness everywhere.
In SolidWorks I would just draw the center of every wall (including the outer wall) in construction lines and perform one bi-directional offset to create a uniform wall thickness (that's also linked for future alterations), then trim and extend lines until they all intersect correctly. In CATIA, it appears that there is no convenient way to do an offset like that.
So any hints on how to do this efficiently?
Cheers,
Rob
