I have a situation with 2 PV systems each roughly 250KW and BESS (Battery Energy storage system) at customer site we are trying to connect to Utility grid. Would an utility approve such connections with Multiple points of disconnections ? Simplified one line in included/

Possibly, however what you are showing as switches at the 13.8kV level would likely have to be (2) 15kV reclosers (plus disconnect switches, instrument transformers & protection relaying), assuming you own the transformers. Every utility will have it's own requirements for connection to their system so it's best to discuss with them early on.

Thermionics - Thanks for your response. These are definitely 13.2KV manual disconnect switchgear line up. The inverters are IEEE 1547 certified - stops if Utility power is lost.

My state has a production incentive with the reimbursement rate tied to the make/model/installation year of the PV equipment. This regularly leads to customers having multiple separate installations on the same site, each with its own production meter and disconnect.
