Multilouver fins

I have spent some time searching this issue and can't seem to locate any source with good information on copper multilouver fins. One layer of these fins is attached on the outside to an aluminum cylinder that is internally heated. I am trying to calculate the fin performace, convective coefficient and basically see if I can improve the cooling of the aluminum cylinder. Any ifno would be greatly appreciated, or a source list, to some what accurately desribe these fins and flow (laminar, turbulent, transitional, etc).
