multifunctional tools for equipment analysis?

I'm looking for a multifunctional and integrated set of tools that will monitor;
Vibration
Temperature
Pressure
IR imaging and
Balance
Am I dreaming or does such a beast exist?.

Most Portable Data Collectors accept vibration, temperature and pressure signals provided from sensors. Balance programs also provided from the PDC vendors. If I understand your question correctly that you need an "Instrument" with its own accessories (sensors) to measure the vibration (casing/seismic), temperature, pressure, IR and Balance program, then the answer is NOT Yet Available
