Multi-Threading NXOpen

Dear Forum,

Has anyone tried or know how to multi-thread instances of NXOpen geometry creation within the same NX session. I've multi-threaded vb.net applications but haven't tried it with NXOpen geometry creation. GTAC says that it's not possible, because there is only one main thread. Just wondering if someone has tried and has a potential work around.
