I am trying to find information about a multi tap transformer that was made by your company in the beginning of 1980's for Mazak Slant Turn 25 machine.

This multi tap transformer has the following characteristics:

Suggestion:
That is a Mitsubishi part number(Yamazaki is Mitsubishi Electric's biggest customer so a lot of the products are OEM specials). Try contacting meau.com in Chicago.
