Multi-sheet assembly drawing - Balloon problem

I am making a multi-sheet drawing for a large assembly. I am displaying only certain parts on each sheet. I tried creating a new BOM table on each sheet, and then displaying only the rows that are visible in the drawing view. The balloons on the first sheet display the correct item numbers (they match the BOM table), but the balloons on the second sheet display incorrect item numbers. I'm not sure where SW is pulling them from. All of the balloons are set to display the item #.

Anyone have experience in multi-sheet assembly drawings?

Think i solved my own problem. I had to go into the view properties, and under the "Balloons" section select "Link balloon text to specified BOM" and then pick the BOM from the second sheet.

You should give yourself a star since you answered your own question.

Also, you're really on SW 2009 SP 0.0? I would recommend moving to the latest service pack, no?

I have the same problem, but the check box to link the balloon text is grayed out. Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Steve
