MTE pws2.3 metering instrument

Hi I am presently doing some research on MTE pws2.3 metering instrument and have search high and low for the operating procedure of the instrument but cannot get one. Can anyone suggest something. I really need it.

It appears to not be a current product, but is available from companies such as this:

Maybe if you call and beg, they'll make you a copy of the manual pages you need.
