Does anyone have a copy of MSS-SP-51 that shows the flange rating of a class 150, 304 SS flange? These are flanges that are designed to mate to ASME 16.5 #150 flanges; however they are much thinner. I do not believe that they carry the same pressure rating as the 16.5 flanges due to the lighter construction. Is there any web site that might show the design rating for the MSS-SP-51 flanges? The design temp is around 250 degF.

ASP (a company that makes these fittings) gives

CWP cold working pressure 300 psi
SWP steam working pressure 150 psi

Is this what is given in MSS-SP-51?

No.

MSS SP-51 reflects 80 psig at 300 degrees F; 90 psig at 200 degrees F and 100 psig at 100 degrees F.
