MSC/FTC Issue--Nastran rights

MSC has petitioned the FTC to allow EDS to become the purchaser of the Nastran rights (to be in compliance with the FTC consent agreement).

This has been pretty big news for the last 1 1/2 years. I was curious what people think of EDS as the acquirer of the rights . . .
