Another question for you experts out there.

Created a project timeline in MS Project, would like to transfer all of that data into my MS Outlook Calendar/Tasks so that I can be reminded to check on its progress. Is this possible without purchasing an add-in? We do not currently have an exchange server, which I'm sure will help when we do.
Until then, I was hoping there was a more efficient way than plugging in each individual date into my calendar.

**ALSO, if you're familiar at all with MS Outlook, I have an additional question. (and if you can't help thats fine, but do you know where I can go for help?)
Upon setting all these dates up in my calendar, I'd like to send them out to my supervisor and senior advisor. Can I send out ONE invite that includes all four milestone dates of the project in it, or do I have to individually send them 4 separate invites??

I can sort of imagine a macro that culls the milestones from MSP and then enters them into Outlook.

I'm not sure how to import the milestones, but I may try that later and will let you know if I have any success. For your second question though, I'm pretty sure the invites will need to be 4 separate emails. I hope that someone here will correct me if I'm wrong.

Outlook's Calendar only support single, or recurring, appointments.
