mPPO vs mPPE

hi there,
Does anyone knows if we can blend mPPO and mPPE together and shot using injection molding machine? I'm using carbon-fiber filled mPPO to obtain certain strength and ESD value. I've experience mixing carbon-fiber filled mPPO and carbon-powder filled mPPO and and end up at no ESD value at all. Does anyone knows why is this happenning?
