Moving view in drawing

I am using Inventor 2010.
In a drawing file, is there a command that locks the ability to move views on a drawing.
I am suddenly not able to move any views on a drawing. Cannot click on view and move someplace else on drawing.
Is there a setting that got accidently changed?

Don't think so.. Have you tried to restart your computer?

After having the same trouble in several drawings, I did end up closing Inventor, restarting the computer, and getting back into Inventor. That worked!!
