Moving the cursor

I want to insert bookmarks in a several places of a Word document. What I want to do is a program in VBA that asks you the bookmark's name you want to insert in the document that is already done. My problem is I don't know how to move the cursor of the document (not the mouse cursor) once the bookmark has been founded. Is there any VBA command to move the cursor?
