Moving Radial Dimensions

Hello all,
Currently using Creo 11 (recent update to).
Tried moving radial (& diameter) dimension by just grabbing the text but it only changed the length of the leader. When I grab the leader it "rotates" along the arc.
I use to be able to grab the text & do both.
Is there some setting for Drawing or Config.Pro that needs to change so I can just grab the text & relocate the text where I want rather than the two-step process of change angle of leader then change leader length?

This is probably an "improvement" as PTC has often made. In About Dimensioning the Model I don't see anything about moving items.

Sometimes "improvements" can be more frustrating than productive.

Yup, tried there also. Same results.
Unfortunately I get the feeling this is one of those (what I call) "web_browser_homepage" solutions (definition: config option seems to have NO relationship to what it affects for the solution; e.g. setting "web_browser_homepage" = about:blank SOLVES not being able to edit dimensions in Sketcher.)
Hopefully someone else...

It is more likely another deliberate change in functionality. PTC has done this before. They sometimes compartmentalize some functionality to the exact software feature. I think it is so they can give development responsibility of individual features to individual groups and eliminate overlapping needs to coordinate changes.

I see no chance that someone at PTC said - let's have two different ways to do this thing and have a secret option to control which one the user has access to.

Instead someone said - Let's cut down on software testing requirements, decreasing the QC engineering by one programmer, by ensuring these two functions are independent.

Noticed this little detail (if anyone is following): In Sketcher I have normal functionality for moving radial dimensions, the above peculiarity is ONLY in drawing mode. Almost reminds me of the WildFire series.

Oh, no. Now someone at PTC will work hard to fix Sketcher to work the same as drawing mode.
