Dear Folks;

I use 2000i with express tools.

I am working with a drawing where all the linework is on layer 0, object lines are set to white, continuous linetype and .09mm thickness. Hidden lines are set to white, hidden linetype and 0.05 mm thickness.

What I need to do is convert all the continuous lines to layer "drawing" and have linetype, colour and thickness all set to "bylayer". For the hidden lines I need to move them all to layer "hidden" and also be set to bylayer.

I can do this using match properties slowly clicking each continuous line in the drawing but this is tedious and its easy to mistakenly change hidden lines to continuous.

Is there a quicker way to do this ?

Best Regards

Does 2000i have qselect? It is a quick way to grab all entites with certain properties.
