I have purchased some wooded land and wish to temporarily live on a small part of it while developing the 'final' homesite further in. I plan on selling the initial home a few years later and building on the second homesite. For a number of reasons, a mobile home is out of the question. What are the drawbacks to moving an existing home there as opposed to building a small home?
