Moving All Four Legs of a CIRCLE AXIS at

At the outset Toggle ON the Datum Axes and Repaint the screen.

Now click on the axis tag TWICE, and move the cursor to see all the four legs are moving equally at the same time. Click again when you are satisfied with their offset.
