I have a tube with its origin at one
end of the body and would like to move the body so
the origin is at the opposite end of the tube.
How can I do this? Bear in mind, I'm new to
Solidworks.... Thanks

You probably used the Extrude feature to make the tube. Edit the feature and switch the direction of the extrusion.

I really recommend going through the tutorials to get familiar with the features. They are a great way to get started (and what I used to teach myself SolidWorks ten years ago).

I figured it out.... The tube
was created with the revolve
feature because the inside of
the tube has various profiles inside it.

I just ended up moving the body to re-position
it....

Thanks for responding....

I wouldn't move the body as now you sketch won't be "with" the body which will be disorienting when editing in an assembly. Just not good practise. Instead edit the sketch and delete the sketch relation that's contraining it to the origin, then reapply it.
