Motor Overloads / Maintenance Testing Frequency and Standards

Have seen this issue ( motor O/L testing ) generally discussed in past threads, but no detailed info on frequency and what standards (NEC, IEC, etc.) apply.

Could you advise where I might find IEEE / NEC / IEC, or other standards covering O/L testing and/or calibration.

We have Motor Control Center equipment operating in Europe which has been inspected by local HSE agency, and found to be lacking due to lack of testing on a frequency sufficient to assure safe and effective operation. So I would conclude IEC has some governing standard.

I would appreciate any information you may be able to share.

The NETA specs are now an ANSI standard, here are the frequency of tests, the electrical tests would include testing of the OL's.
