Motor kw,s/reduction for 100kg cable lift.

Hi need to work out motor size 240v Kws for cable on on drum ( dia of drum mm not specified yet)
Lift load on cable drum is 100kg max.
rated lift needed around .8mtr/sec.
kw,s of 240v or 315v motor not specified.
reduction drive attached to motor not specified.
would guess motor size would be around 1.5-2kw.
need to find motor size
reduction size
to give around the .8mtr/sec of max 100kg

Power = torque x angular velocity

You can't get torque without knowing something about your winding drum geometry.
